Payment terms

25% of the program amount is required upon confirmation and it is non-refundable.

90 days before departure: 50% of the program price

60 days before departure: 100% of the program price

Cancellation policy

91 days or more prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of your trip.

Between 90 and 61 days prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your trip or use this amount as credit for a future booking*.

60 days or fewer prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of your trip.

Change of traveler

If you are unable to travel, you can pass on your spot to someone else free of charge. This is subject to any additional charges that might occur from the amendment ( for example change of name on the flights)
