Payment terms

25% of the program amount is required upon confirmation and it is non-refundable.

90 days before departure: 50% of the program price

60 days before departure: 100% of the program price

Cancellation policy

91 days or more prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of your trip.

Between 90 and 61 days prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your trip or use amount as credit for a future booking*.

60 days or fewer prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of your trip.

Change of traveller

If you are unable to travel, you can pass on your spot to someone else. We don not charge a fee for the amendment but its subject to any additional charges that might occur from the change ( for example flights)
